Details you give us

When you request the free guide, apply for a course or send a message, we store the details you enter (name, email, and for applications the number of parents/teens, course date and message). We use them only to send the guide, handle your booking and reply to you. We do not sell them or share them with Facebook.

Visit statistics

We count page visits using an anonymous random ID stored in your browser, to see how many people visit.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

If you accept advertising cookies (or are outside the EU/UK where consent is not required), we load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sends Meta your page visits and these actions: requesting the guide, downloading the guide, tapping the WhatsApp button, and submitting a course application, together with technical data Meta collects such as your browser, IP address and Meta cookies. We use this to measure our ads and to let Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. Your name and email are not sent. Meta's own use is described in its privacy policy.

We keep a record of your cookie choice (when, which choice, and the version of the notice shown) so we can show what you agreed to.

Microsoft Clarity

If you accept cookies, we also use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used (scrolling, clicks, mouse movement) and build heatmaps, so we can improve the site. Text you type into forms is masked. See Microsoft's privacy statement.

Our own anonymous visit log

For all visitors we keep a simple anonymous log on our own system: pages opened, buttons and links clicked, how far you scrolled and time on page. It uses a random ID that is deleted when you close your browser, records nothing you type, and is never shared or used for advertising.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time. Tracking stops immediately.
